One Central Park

One Central Park is comprised of 2 residential towers (12 and 31 storeys) on a retail podium. The project features vertical planted facades designed by Patrick Blanc, perimeter planter boxes and the light redirector (heliostat) which cantilevers from near the top of the building.

The facade systems include the various glazing systems for the tower and podium, balusters, integrated planter boxes, precast, GRC and vertical planted facades.

We are worked with Watpac and the design team in the delivery of the facade and all associated elements.

Recently, Watpac completed the installation of the giant steel frame for the heliostat on Level 29 of the main tower. Details of the installation can be found at the links below:
