The Coca-Cola fit-out is located within a prime location in North Sydney in a new Grade A building. Engaged as the Green Star Professionals on the project, Surface Design worked with the team to deliver a 5 star green star ratings for their fit-out.
The project incorporates a number of sustainable design initiatives that cover energy efficiency, materials reuse, water efficiency, reduced environmental impact on furniture items and an internal stair case that links tenancy floors and inter-tenancies. Energy efficiency has been a key requirement for Coca-Cola in delivering a successful outcome for the project.
