The South Bank masterplan upgrades to Brisbane includes the establishment of ABC studios with performance facilities and offices to a new four storey building with retail cafe area to ground level. The building is approximately 15,000 m2 and is located within Brisbane. Surface Design has been engaged to the project delivery team to assist with the design and specification of building fabric for compliance with Section J provisions and general energy efficiency requirements.
The project achieved a 5 star Office Design v3 rating awarded by the Green Building Council of Australia in August 2011.
